Good Johan,
I wish to thank you for facilitating the order of the roller basket which will be used as a clothes basket for my parents to move around the clothes from the bathroom to the washing machine.
From the start of our interactions you have been very helpful and polite and always provided the best customer service which I have not experienced from any other service provider in a long time.
Even though my order was a small order of 1 x OROL002 a roller basket I was treated like a VIP. I thank you.
I always wish to place on record my sincere thanks to the driver who delivered the basket on time and also offered to help carry it to the gate and unwrap it for me to inspect. Well done! It is service like this that will always be remembered, and I will always consider TrolleyQuip for any plastic type products which will be used as a basket or other. Please can you tell me if you can manufacture a roller basket with 4 wheels instead of 2 wheels for me? Instead of me purchasing clothing baskets from Makro I'd root any day for your products.
Regards.
Faisal
